4.3 Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide when placing an order (including delivery address and contact details) is accurate and complete.

If you do not collect the parcel or arrange redelivery within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us. We may charge reasonable costs for redelivery.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)
8.1 Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.
8.2 Extended Return Period
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 90-day return period from the date you receive your order.
8.3 How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email to sales@longevityplus.com. You may use the following wording, though it is not required:
"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following goods: [insert product details], ordered on [insert date], received on [insert date]."
8.4 Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. However, you must pay for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we agree to collect them.
If you cancel within our extended 90-day return period (but after the initial 14 days), we will refund the cost of the products but may deduct return shipping costs if applicable.
8.5 Refund Timing
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have returned them. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
8.6 Condition of Returned Goods
You are responsible for maintaining the goods in your possession and taking reasonable care of them during the cancellation period. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop, but must not use them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary, we may make a deduction from the refund amount.
8.7 Returning Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of cancellation (or 90 days for our extended return period). Please email sales@longevityplus.com for return instructions.
8.8 Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
Please note that certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons if seals are broken, or if products are made to your specifications. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.
