I have been taking Magnesium L-Threonate for past 12 months. I have Parkinsons and experience disturbed sleep patterns and brain fog. I found this product on line and checked with my neurologist to ensure would not cause any adverse affects. Since taking have noticed improvements in both areas and will continue to do so. Very happy with outcome.

I take one capsule of Magnesium L-Threonate and one capsule of magnesium glycinate every night before bed, and ashwagandha and sleep like a baby.

I like taking magnesium glycinate with L-Threonate, these are my two go to magnesium supplements. I am not as big a fan of magnesium oxide.
